Terms of Use
These terms explain how the public Speedfast tool may be used and what users should understand before relying on a speed test result.
Permitted Use
You may use Speedfast for lawful personal or business testing. Do not use the service to attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt systems.
Measurement Limits
Speed test results are estimates. They can vary by device, WiFi, browser, routing, server distance, network congestion and the method used by each testing service.
No Provider Guarantee
A Speedfast result is not a guarantee from your internet provider and does not replace the terms of your internet plan or contract.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on infrastructure, analytics, advertising, fonts, CDN or measurement endpoints operated by third parties.
Advertising
Advertisements, sponsored links or image ads may appear when enabled. External links are provided by their owners and should be reviewed before interacting with them.
Availability
We may change, pause or remove features while the product is improved. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, network issues or provider outages.
Liability
Speedfast is provided for informational use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on a single measurement.
Changes To Terms
These terms may be updated as the product, panel, advertising setup and regional requirements evolve.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. Continued use means you accept the current version.
